Activity1.Measured in a cell proliferation assay using TF‑1 human erythroleukemic cells. The ED50 for this effect is 0.05-0.25 ng/mL. The specific activity of recombinant human IL-4 is >10,000 IU/µg which is calibrated against the human IL-4 WHO International Standard (NIBSC code: 88/656). 2.Dendritic Cells (DCs) generation and maturation.
